Angle toes outward on weight bearing leg
This rotates the quad  and makes the upper leg look larger due to displaying more quadriceps while still displaying the hamstrings

Bend weight-bearing leg at knee a little
This displays a more natural appearance and enhances curvature of the hamstring

Bend opposite leg slightly more and flex hamstring, glutes, and calve
To show more detail in the hamstring and glutes while displaying a calve

Keep head facing directly forward
Looking down or tilting the head back takes away from the aesthetic appearance of the physique

Expand ribcage/chest
To help make the upper body appear larger and fuller

Angle forearms so hands are about 4 inches from head (extended finger should just touch side of head if using closed fists)
Flexes biceps more

Elevate elbows slightly above shoulder level
Helps bring out lats

Spread shoulders out and flare lats
To display as much of a v-taper to waist as possible

Simulate pulling elbows downward like in a lat pull
To help bring out lats more

Supinate wrists
To show more of a peak to biceps

Arch back slightly
To tighten lower back and show more definition in that area

Females may elect to bend wrists back and display the pose with open hands
Some feel this presents a more feminine pose
