Binkowski, BSME, CFT, CPT has personally lost over 40 pounds
and maintained this weight loss for over 8 years. This first
hand experience was paramount in the founding of ErgoTekniX
Inc. Personal experience and work with clients has provided
Ray with a solid understanding of many of the popular fad
diets and their shortcomings (Atkins, The Zone, Body for
Life) as well as the latest in exercise trends. Familiarity
with the vast approaches to nutrition and exercise has
afforded Ray the opportunity to share this experience as a
guest speaker in a variety of settings: collegiate,
corporate, and otherwise. Ray is the author of a soon to be
released book on nutrition and has also written for various
fitness publications and websites.
Mr. Binkowski also owns TPM Global, Inc. TPM Global provides
global engineering and manufacturing services for a variety
of products. This allows customers to focus on their core
competencies while outsourcing the rest. Customers find that
they can offer globally competitive prices, increase
capacity, and most importantly grow their core competency.
After losing weight and becoming disciplined a number of
people suggested Ray toss his hat into the competitor arena.
It was only a few short months after this suggestion that
Ray competed in his first competition. He has now competed
almost a dozen times and has put over 15 pounds onto his
drug free contest physique. Competition led to judging which
soon gave way to promoting. Today Ray promotes the OCB
Midwest States…the show that starts on time and ends at a
reasonable hour. The OCB Midwest States is on track to be a
Pro Qualifier for 2007 and is expected to continue to be one
of the premier drug free events of the Midwest.
