Find a good trainer with credentials and listen to what they say. Fitness has to become a way of life in both diet and exercise. Surround yourself with positive people who are encouraging and who will provide support during difficult times. Most importantly, stay focused and think positive. Always believe in yourself and do your best no matter what it may be.
