Future Goals:
To continually improve
my physique and enable myself to compete at the highest level
possible. I also want to promote natural bodybuilding in every way
possible. I plan to promote a show in Blacksburg, VA this coming
fall.
Kurt's Tips:
Learn your own body. Everyone is different and thus the only way to
figure out what works best for you is through trial and error. When
it comes to training, every day you walk into the gym it’s an
opportunity to improve your physique. Take advantage of this
opportunity. At the end of your workout every day you should be able
to say that you gave it your all that day.
Additional Information:
Training Methodology…Continuously shocking muscles by combining a
variety of exercises and rep schemes as well as mixing heavier
weights with intensity. The goal is to improve conditioning while
maintaining and enhancing muscle size and shape.
Nutrition…6-8 meals a day (approximately every 2-3 hours) consisting
of a balanced mix between lean meats, complex carbohydrates,
vegetables, healthy fats, and protein from supplements.
Aside from Bodybuilding I enjoy…
Outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, etc., spending time with
my girlfriend, who is a fitness/figure competitor, playing with my
dog (4 yr old female Rottweiler), Watching College Football, and
Playing Sports
