Katrina’s Tips:
Set realistic goals, work hard, and never give up. Keep an "I can do it" attitude. Find a plan that works for you. Remember that everyone is different. Take the time to know what you are doing. Practice in those heels! Find competition buddies that will help you stay motivated. Stay away from those who try to discourage you. Try different federations. Check out some competition seminars. Don't be so hard on yourself. Have fun, stay confident, and work it. You gotta want it!
