Future Goals: to continue training and tweaking presentation so I appear better every time get on stage.

Gayle's Tips: Learn as much as you can. There is a lot of information out there, some of it better than others. The more widely you read, the better you will be able to tell the difference. Take what you learn and discover what diet and training regimens work best for your body. I've found that what may be effective for a 25 year-old male doesn't necessarily give the same results for a 43 year-old female.

Additional comments: I wouldn't be where I am today without the support of my family, and much invaluable advice from bodybuilding mentors and friends. As I have benefited from their generosity. May I in turn pass on that largesse to others.
