Future Goals:
I am pursuing fitness modeling through Expressions Modeling Agency and on my own (www.ednavalentino.com). Competition is in my blood so I’m looking to try a fitness contest. I’m built like a bodybuilder though, so who knows… you may see me here again!

Edna’s Tips:
You must commit 100% of yourself to this goal. That mean diet, training, sleep, rest, and resisting temptation. Nobody says this is easy.

Constantly ask yourself how badly you want it, then do everything you can to get there. You have to sacrifice a lot when you compete, but if you don’t try at all, don’t you sacrifice more?

Believe in yourself and surround yourself with those who will support you through the journey. Some people will understand what you are doing, some will not, but that’s okay. This is your calling, not theirs.

Don’t ever forget to thank those who helped you get to the top. Without them you couldn’t have done it.
