My focus right now is to prove to my children that if you believe in yourself, set realistic goals, and work hard, you can do anything no matter what challenges or sacrifices occur along the way. I am alos extremely proactive in training and motivating others to lead a positive and healthy lifestyle.

Participated in a TV reality show, Wife Swap where she lived with another family for two weeks and taught them how to be active, eat healthy, workout, lose weight, and more importantly, make a lifestyle change.
