Anne’s Tips:
Network as much as you possibly can. After each show try to meet as
many judges as possible to receive feedback and critiques. Stay in
touch with judges and people in the industry who can help you with
your fitness career. Also, in return, help as many new competitors
as you can. I like to train and practice with fellow competitors in
the area. I find it helps to push me and keep me motivated.
